IPCMS (University of Strasbourg and CNRS joint lab) has been certified ISO 9001 for the following activities: Provision of equipment, services, training courses and design and development in:
- magnetic characterization by SQUID and PPMS magnetometry (MagTransCS)
- morphological and analytical characterization of materials by scanning electron microscopy (MEB-Cro)
- structural characterization of materials of powders, thin films and single crystals by x-ray diffraction (XRD)
- structural and analytical characterization of nanoscale materials by transmission electron microscopy (TEM)
- micro and nanofabrication in STnano cleanrooms.
