Parcours de recherche

2025-2027: Post-doctorat at Département Surfaces et Interfaces (DSI) » Institut de Physique et Chimie des Matériaux de Strasbourg (IPCMS) under the supervision of Dr. Christine Boeglin.

Parcours universitaire

2022-2025: PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Bordeaux.

Thesis: Magnetochiral nanocomposites: from natural to synthetic strategies towards the observation of the magnetochiral dichroism phenomenon. Under the supervision of Dr. Emilie Pouget.

2019 – 2021: Master in Polymers and Science Technology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (IMA-UFRJ).

2015-2019: Bachelor in Chemistry with specialization in Natural products chemistry from the Federal Institute of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).

Research

Ultrafast magnetization dynamics and time-resolved X-ray techniques: I’m interested in what spins and magnetic materials do on insanely short timescales.

Nanomagnetism: study of magnetic anisotropy using X-ray Magnetic Circular Dichroism (XMCD) in nanostructured systems such as nanoparticles and thin films.

Magnetochirality: The combination of chiro and magneto-optical activity in materials. Magnetochiral Dichroism effect (MChD).

Chiroptical active materials at nanoscale. Strategies to induce chiroptical properties at nanoscale: Nanoparticles and nanoassemblies.
